A real example
One kit, every page.
This is Hay Ink's own line, the founder's shop, run through Encra's template and image recipe. What is real: the template, the renderer and its checks, the shop's facts, the mockups. What is not: the prices are a sample set, the layout was chosen by hand for this example, and it has not been through a kit's review by a second person.

Page 1 · the cover
The hero shot, your marks, the index.
- 1Hero shot. The whole line in one picture, made from the shop's logo file; the pro image model, once per kit.
- 2Headline and intro. Written from the shop's facts and checked by rules; no number or claim outside the facts sheet.
- 3The shop's logo. Your mark on the cover, the client's mark on the garments.
- 4Product index. Every product, its method and colour: numbered, so the quote and the pages agree.

Page 2 · the collection
Every piece, one identity.
- 1Featured products. The mosaic frames are fixed; the layout model only chooses which picture takes which frame.
- 2Note cards. Lead time, quantity pricing, one artwork: each card is a fact from Shop setup, never invented.
- 3Captions. Placement and one product fact per piece, inside a character cap the template measures.

Page 3 · the range
The full range, the colours, the extras.
- 1Catalogue cards. Products beyond the four featured ones get a card with their tier prices.
- 2Colour variants. The same artwork in other colours; each is its own mockup and its own PNG in the kit.
- 3Accessories. Cap, tote and beanie in one flat-lay, quoted on request: the upsell band every kit carries.
- 4Buying facts. Minimum, lead time, methods and the proof step on one line, from confirmed data only.

Page 4 · the money
What it costs, how it works.
- 1The quantity table. Computed by code from the base prices and the discount schedule: quantity times unit price, tier by tier. Sample prices here.
- 2How it works. Your process steps and the lead time wording, the same on every kit.
- 3Terms and fine print. Valid-until, payment, delivery: your words, printed word for word.
- 4Closing line. The next step for the client, and your contact details.
The mockups
Ten images, one logo file.
Made with Encra's image recipe from the Hay Ink logo file: the garment described in words, the logo as the only picture the model sees. In a real kit every one of these gets a person's identity review before delivery. Click one to see it larger.
Where this came from
No customer quotes. A record instead.
| Shop | Hay Ink, Yerevan: the founder's own custom-apparel studio. Its logo, tagline, contact details, lead time, minimum and proof step are the real ones. |
|---|---|
| Template | Encra's fixed, versioned proposal template (four typeface sets; this one is the editorial set), rendered to A4 PDF by the same renderer every kit uses. |
| Checks passed | Every mechanical check of the renderer: pages filled, no overflow, totals and currency read back from the PDF, every product on its page, the closing line last. |
| Mockups | Eight garment images and the accessories shot from the flash image model, the hero shot from the pro image model, each from the logo file and a description of the garment. |
| Layout | Chosen by hand for this example. In a real kit a layout model picks the frames inside the template; the template never changes. |
| Words | Written from the shop's facts for this example. In a real kit a language model writes them from the same facts sheet and rules refuse anything outside it. |
| Prices | Sample USD prices from Encra's demo price set, labelled on the document itself. Not Hay Ink's real prices, not an offer. |
| Review | Not yet reviewed as a kit: a real kit needs a PASS identity vote on every mockup and a PASS vote on the PDF before it is delivered. |
| Date | 18 October 2026. |
