Sales Kits for print shops · United States and Canada

Send the proposal that wins the order.

Encra turns your client's logo, the garments you sell and your own prices into a shop-branded Proposal PDF with mockups and a quote computed by code. Built from what you already have, checked by a person before it reaches you.

Pilot access by invitation. The first Sales Kit is free; plans from $49.

Pages of an example proposal and a hoodie mockup, stacked in perspective: the cover with the Hay Ink line on a rail, the collection page, the quote table

Example: Hay Ink's own line, made with Encra's template and image recipe. Sample prices.

What you get

One Sales Kit, three parts.

A Sales Kit is what a shop sends instead of a plain price list: one Proposal and its Mockup files, made from your material and your numbers.

Proposal

01

A branded PDF, two to four pages.

Your logo and contact details, your client's name, a hero shot on the cover, product pages with the mockups and details, and the Quote. A fixed editorial template in one of four typeface sets: you never have to design it.

Mockups

02

The client's logo on each garment colour.

Pick colours from twenty blank-tee swatches or name your own. Each mockup comes as its own PNG as well, so you can send one on WhatsApp or Instagram.

Quote

03

Your prices, your tiers, your currency.

None, an exact quote, or a quantity table derived from your discount schedule. USD, CAD or eight other currencies, formatted and never converted, with an optional tax line.

The quantity table of the example proposal: six items with unit prices at four quantity tiers

A real example

Four pages, nothing to design.

  • 01The cover: the hero shot, your marks, the product index
  • 02The collection in detail, with note cards from your facts
  • 03The full range, colour variants and accessories
  • 04Pricing computed by code, how it works, terms

Example proposal made with Encra's template on Hay Ink's own material; sample prices.

Page 2: the collection in detail, four mockups with three note cards
Page 3: the catalogue cards, the tee in two more colours, the accessories
Page 4: the quantity table, the three process steps, the terms and the closing line

How it works

Design. Quote. Propose.

Five steps, one of them yours to approve.

01

Set up your shop once

Logo, contact details, terms, your garments with a base price each and one discount schedule. You confirm the derived tiers.

02

Start a Sales Kit

The client's name and logo, the products with their colours and quantities, the pricing mode and the currency.

03

Encra builds it

One mockup per garment colour, the words from your facts checked by rules, the layout inside the template, the quote by code.

04

A person reviews it

Every mockup gets an identity review; the PDF a page-by-page pass. A kit that fails is not delivered.

05

Download and send

The PDF, each mockup as a PNG, and one zip of the kit. Email it, send a mockup on WhatsApp.

Reviewed by a person

Nothing reaches you unchecked.

  • Every mockup gets an identity review: is your client's logo intact, is the garment right?
  • The PDF gets a page-by-page pass: names, totals and layout read back from the rendered document.
  • A kit that fails is not delivered. The image is retried or the kit is redone before you see it.
  • Still not right? Reject a delivered kit with a note. When our reviewer agrees, you get a Regeneration at no charge.
  • Is the client's logo intact: shape, colours, proportions?
  • Is it the right garment, in the colour you chose?
  • Placement and size as you set them?

Quick answers

Before you send one.

All questions and answers

Does Encra set my prices?

No. The Quote is computed by code from the base prices and the discount schedule you entered. You confirm the derived tiers before they are used. A model never writes a price, a quantity or a total.

Will the mockups show my client's real logo?

Yes. Each mockup is generated from your client's logo file and the garment, then checked by a person for the logo and the garment before the kit is delivered. A mockup that fails that check is not delivered.

Where is Encra available?

Print shops in the United States and Canada, by invitation from the waitlist during the pilot.
